This construction was built in two phases: phase 1 - construction including parking garage basement, entrance lobby plus eight stories. Phase 2 - addition of two more stories while the parent home was populated and active. The additional two stories include apartments, events hall and a swimming pool. The execution of phase two required a complex logistic system to enable all building systems (air conditioning, electricity, plumbing and elevators) function throughout construction period.
